Peaceful Cabin
The cabin was absolutely great! It was very clean. If you have kids, they have a baby gate, pack & play and booster seat. They even had supplies for your pup. The sauna was great and got nice and hot. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The hosts were very quick to respond.

Our 2nd visit. Very comfortable and neatly furnished. Great sauna and bathrooms. No wifi issues. Big Powderhorn right there!

Sweet Spring Ski Trip
Clean and modern inside, roomy new deck with sturdy resin patio furniture for everyone in our group to relax. WiFi enabled access to employer networks too. We lit a campfire a few nights and enjoyed twilight sound outside too. Big Powderhorn had shut down from low snow totals - Tom/host knew that Snow River (Indianhead) and Blackjack were just minutes away. Sunny Spring days with temps up to 50F lead to an amazing stretch of Spring skiing.

Wonderful A Frame chalet.
Beautifully furnished and inviting. Totally comfortable and neat! Our 1st experience and we were very impressed. We're Minnesotans and we like the area and plan to return. Quiet & peaceful with big clear stars for city people who haven't seen a real night sky.

Not snowed in
We came to ski, got one day in, it was a little too mushy. We took advantage of the beautiful area and hiked waterfalls, with the warm weather, the falls were gushing. Beautiful! Loved the rental, cute and cozy

Great property with close primary to Powderhorn
This property was perfect for our family on a ski trip to Big Powderhorn Mountain. Everything was clean and in working order. Kitchen was well stocked for making meals in. We appreciate that we could bring our dog along. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely weekend
We had a great weekend. Fresh snow made it a winter wonderland, spent a day skiing, enjoyed the sauna, and cozied up by the fireplace.

Nice getaway
Very much enjoyed the house. We are a family of four with two teens and it was a good fit. There are three ski areas within 20 minutes.

Family vacation pre-christmas
The weather was not ideal for skiing but the A frame we stayed in was awesome. It was clean, convenient to Big Powderhorn ski hill, and cozy. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us and our mini Goldendoodle. Next time we come up to Powderhorn we will look stay here again. Thanks Tom and Patty

Copper Peak A-frame wknd
Great weekend at a comfy, cozy & clean A-frame near Copper Peak, Powderhorn, & some national forest waterfalls. Great stay overall. Oven/cooktop might need a check-up or replaced (baked items never really got cooked thru, and one of the stovetop burners would disconnect without warning) and the water started smelling and tasting of metal on 2nd day. Brought own water, thankfully, so no zbig deal. Might wanna get that checked out. (Seemed fine at night 1 dinner and for after dinner coffee/tea. Multiple showers taken on night 1. Probably just need a hot water heater flush.) If planning to use the outdoor firepit, recommend bringing own (dry) wood. Firewood pile is sizeable (as in photo), but the wood is all soaked. Regarding multimedia...Roku platform available, but you'll need your own sign-on for whatever streaming channel(s) you want to watch. All issues were minor. Would definitely stay again if/when in the area.

Nice place to stay
Stayed here for our annual fall color ATV ride. Very nice, clean cabin. Plenty of space for all 6 of us. Only downside is parking was a little tight. Realistically, parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. We had to park in the street, but made it work with 3 trucks and trailers.

Labor Day Weekend
Thank you for letting us stay at your incredibly clean property. It was so inviting and had all of the essentials plus more. The dog bin was so helpful. Porch and outdoor area was amazing. Living room chairs and couch were soooo comfortable. My only draw back was the main floor shower was difficulty to use due to the shower head, and the mattresses werent as comfortable as we would have liked; however, our stay was still amazing! Thank you again.

Amazing place with amazing owners
The 6 of us had a great time. Perfect amenities and close enough to a lot of the UP's nearby summer attractions for several easy day trips. Minutes away to several waterfalls, short walk to the base of the ski lift in winter. One of those places that none of us wanted to leave.

Excellent northwoods retreat, epic skiing and terrific hosts!
We decided to take a last minute short spring break to catch final end of season skiing in the UP and it was an epic trip all around. The cabin is nicely and stylishly designed with plenty of beds for the whole family and our two fur friends. The place was very clean and the kitchen modern with all needed amenities. Lots of extra special touches including a doggie gift basket, toiletries, coffee supplies and much more! Can’t beat the location - about 2 blocks to the lifts at powderhorn - close to hit the slopes and be able to check on the dogs (who loved the place too). We were blessed with two of the most perfect snow and ski days all season and loved the sauna after our ski days. The hosts and property manager were helpful, friendly and responsive. Will definitely plan another trip here and look forward to staying again soon!

Great ski vacation
Vacation plans changed last minute and this was the perfect place for our family and 3 days of skiing at Big Powderhorn. Love the updated kitchen!!

Loved the Sauna After Snowboarding
We loved our stay at the cabin! You can see Big Powderhorn's slopes from the front door, so you can't beat the location if you're planning to ski or snowboard. We loved using the sauna both nights after long days of snowboarding. The beds were comfy and the decor was super charming. Everything we wanted!

Getaway With Friends
Spent a long weekend at this property with 4 friends. It was extremely clean and the space was cozy and well stocked. The location could not have been better. Just a short drive or moderate walk over to Big Powderhorn. Communication with the hosts was great. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks you much for your hospitality.
