"lovely hotel on the outskirts of zakopane perfect for travelling to the mountains. room was lovely and clean and beds very comfy. staff were so kind and helpful with any questions and the restaurant attached had amazing food. only slight issue was a limited amount of parking spaces, we rented a car and had to park just outside the front door on our second night. not the end of the world though and we have come on an exceptionally busy weekend! highly recommend staying here"

We would like to thank the entire Radisson team for the excellent hospitality. In particular, we want to congratulate Miss Kamila and Miss Jhanet, who kindly checked us in.
Also, Miss Agnieszka Katarzyna, who gave us their full attention at breakfast.

"Hotel Excepcional! Melhor chuveiro entre todos hoteis que fiquei nessa viagem. A recepcionista foi super gentil, deu dicas de trilhas. A piscina e jacuzzi são um Plus. Muito perto da estação trem/ônibus, uns 200m e no máxima uns 500m da rua principal. "
"I cannot accept for a Hotel which permit animals, I cannot go to the restaurant for having breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have to eat outside of the building, it started to rain very strongly. The man at the reception was pretty good, but I cannot say the same for a non warm welcome lady we saw at the night->morning."
"Loved the staff, so super helpful. Nice to have breakfast included. There was a lot to choose from and it was tasty. Not super close to city center, but in between Tatra Park and city center was good location for us. Only complaints: room was roadside which was a bit noisy and no darkening shade in room so I was up very early with the sun!"
"Foi ok, o hotel é bonitinho, o quarto é bonitinho e o chuveiro bom, mas o atendimento deixou muito a desejar e a falta de informação também, eles tem apenas uma jacuzzi, e para hóspedes é gratuita somente das 11 às 19, ou seja, geralmente você não está no hotel até umas 18,19 ou mais porque é um destino com vários lugares pra visitar, mas o problema é que não tem essa informação aqui no site, e aí eu reclamei e ela disse que eu escolhi fazer a reserva com terceiros, independente, tinha que ter...
