Holiday Home 'Piet' with Private Terrace and Fully Fenced Garden

The non-smoking holiday home Piet is located in Berumbur and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 60 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The wall-mounted toilet in the bathroom has a maximum load capacity of 160 kg. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a telephone, TV, dishwasher, and washing machine. Towels and bed linen are not provided. The property offers a private outdoor area and a parking space. Enjoy relaxing moments on the spacious grounds and in the light-filled summer garden (unheated) with covered terrace and barbecue. Dogs are welcome on the fully fenced property (for an additional fee). Only house-trained dogs are allowed, as the summer garden has a wooden floor. After prior arrangement with the host, up to two small or medium-sized dogs are permitted. A tennis court, spa house, swimming pool, bathing lake (with dog beach), and restaurant are within a 10-minute walk. Guests must be at least 25 years old.



Charging electric vehicles (cars) using the house’s electricity is not permitted. There is a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles.
