"Unfortunately, this well-kept and convenient location to old town was overshadowed by a terrible property management company. First, there was no bedding available for our 3rd person, which was corrected quickly, but then upon their arrival I was asked for more money to complete check-in. I called vrbo who stated I didn't owe the property management company any fees. I contacted the PM again to advise what I had been told by vrbo and was met with hostility and more rules that I wasn't aware of,...

"Me and 4 friends stayed and it was quite close quarters but we loved it! Only downside was that the bathroom is open on the ceiling, but everything else was great! Beautiful outdoor area, and beautifully decorated interior. The hosts are really easy to communicate and the entire property is huge and right against the water. Will definitely be back!"

"We had an amazing visit. I consider Kim one of the best hosts I we have ever dealt with. There were snacks and fresh eggs not to forget a warm coffee cake right out of the oven . Rooms are clean and so cozy. We can’t wait to come back !!"

"We enjoyed our stay . The game room and hot tub was a fun way to spend the evenings but that the three bedrooms each had a full bath was a big selling point especially with four ladies in the house. We had to leave a day early but enjoyed the sites around Marble Falls with the time we had."
