"The condo is outdated in a very nice property. The condo has old furniture, stained carpet and an old bathroom with tub and 1980's white tiles. This condo has no AC, so it's gets hot even in a 75 deg outside weather. It should be equipped with ceiling fans or much nicer fan than one cheap fan provided. The furniture in the living room and the dining table needs to be upgraded. The property is very good for summer and winter activities. There are several restaurants within the larger...

"Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there!
The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars:
-Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd.
-Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left.
-No bathroom fan."

"This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

"The cabin was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for our stay. However, there are a few things I wish we had known before booking, as none of the reviews we read mentioned them.First, there is essentially no cell service at the cabin. If you're staying here, be sure to take screenshots of the check-in instructions, Wi-Fi network name, and password before you arrive. Otherwise, you'll have to drive back toward Idaho Springs to get enough service to access the VRBO app. It would...
