"Very nice two bedroom. Beds were comfortable and great location to CSU. Only thing for prospective renters to note is that the shower is a very small corner unit. Good water pressure and nice hot shower but the shower space is a bit claustrophobic and hard to move around in. Other than that a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. "

"Owner was extremely friendly and responsive. The downtown shopping district with free parking was only a couple minutes drive. RMNP was only around 10 min drive. Steep driveway to a large parking area that easily held out 3 big SUVs and could have held 1-2 more. The home was rather warm on the hot summer day we arrived.
