"There was no reception and no wifi available despite what the listing says. We had to book another place as I needed to check into work. Owner was very dismissive of the problem Also he sent us the wrong pin so sent us on a 30 minute round trip. Spider webs and hair were in the shower/bedroom and there’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Couldn’t open the window as so many spiders just outside the window "

"Perfect little home for a family stay, whilst visiting the South Coast. Eden was very accommodating with me during the whole process, and was able to adjust my booking to add on the extra night that I planned last minute. "Nice little place. Good location, great big yard and very quiet. Short walk to the beach and shop. Rear covered patio is nice. Bathroom would benefit from a bit of work. Bath and shower need resurfacing and toilet seat looks ancient. A bit more attention to cleaning under beds and lounges is needed. Overall well equipped and comfortable."

"House is well looked after and was great and welcoming stay. Family really enjoyed the pool and was only a few minute walk to beach which was amazing. Will definitely look at staying at Pipers Spot in the future. "
