Some maintenance issues - back garden needed tidying, no working lights at front entrance (making it very dangerous for elderly and frail family member) and a front door that needs shaving on the bottom to stop it jamming on tiles (and allowing walker to be used)."

To begin with the balcony railing was loose on the front balcony. A child could have slipped through and off the balcony to the ground below, this was a major safety issue! "The stay was a wonderful break and the location superb, fab access direct to warrain beach and a few hundred metres walk to Culburra beach. Lots of kitchen supplies over and above what is usual - olive oils, lots of coffee capsules, glad bake, condiments etc.... the cleaning was below par , very dusty fireplace, cobwebs, skirting, kitchen splashback smears etc that for the price, would not have expected. Maybe just a nudge to the cleaners is all that is needed. There was a security camera...
