Welcome to our enchanting little cottage in the woods, nestled in the heart of a nature reserve, where birdsong, peace, and relaxation await you.
At the end of the road, with just one neighbor—who you’ll barely notice through the trees—our oasis of tranquility awaits you. Right outside the front door, you’ll find several hiking and biking trails.
Let yourself be enchanted by the unique surroundings and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

The entire house and garden are available for your exclusive use.

The cottage features a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a living room with a sleeper sofa (140x200). 🏠

In the kitchen, you’ll find an oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker (Nespresso), electric kettle, and toaster—no dishwasher.🍽

There’s a mosquito screen on the bedroom window so you can enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of nature with the window open in the summer for a wonderful night’s sleep. 🌟

The garden is very private thanks to the many trees and shrubs and is completely fenced in. 🌳

During the winter months, a fireplace and a stove provide cozy warmth; we’ll help you use them properly so you can enjoy them to the fullest 🔥 🪵

There’s only one neighboring house, and it’s guarded by a sweet little Chihuahua🐶

Things to do in the area:

Several hiking and biking trails start right from the front door. The area is generally very hilly and forested, as far as the eye can see.😊

In Bernstein, there’s the “Guglhupf” observation tower, Bernstein Castle, the Rock Museum, a restaurant, a bakery, a grocery store, and a few charming little shops.
There’s also a natural swimming area here.

The village of “Kirchschlag in der buckligen Welt” is about 10 km away.
There you’ll find grocery stores, a drugstore, bakeries, boutiques, a bank, a post office, a pharmacy, and much more.
You’ll also find the impressive Kirchschlag castle ruins there.
There’s also a nice outdoor pool here—the “Burgbad.”

About 14 km away is Lockenhaus with its medieval castle, which is surrounded by beautiful hiking trails.
There’s also a water park here.

About 15 km away is the Bad Tatzmannsdorf thermal spa region, featuring an outdoor pool and several thermal baths.

About 20 km away is Oberwart, home to the “EO” shopping center, restaurants, and many other stores.

The Stegersbach thermal baths are about 35 km away.

The Lutzmannsburg thermal baths are also about 35 km away.
