Located on the 1st floor of a mansion, accessible by a staircase, the studio is composed as follows:
- A bright living room facing south with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area that can accommodate 4 guests.
- A kitchenette open to the living room, fully equipped: refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker...
- A shower room with a shower, a sink, storage space, a hair dryer and toilet.

- The enclosed garden shared with the other tenants is furnished with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying a meal in the sun!

The beach of Bernières-sur-Mer and the sailing school are at 250 m, and you will find many beaches in the surroundings (Courseulles sur Mer, St Aubin sur mer...)
You will also be able to take advantage of numerous walks and bike rides starting from the accommodation.
For history lovers, you will not miss the visit of the Juno Beach center (3.6 km away), the landing beaches, the American and German cemeteries or the Caen Memorial.
