The house itself has two units (with separate entrances). The upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a large kitchen and living area. The downstairs unit has a small kitchen, bath, and a large living/sleeping area complete with a futon (full-size bed) and 3 twin beds. Both units have a television and DVD player. A backup generator services both upstairs and down, so you will never be without power! A tankless water heater ensures there is enough hot water for everyone. This spot is for people who want to get away from it all. There is no cable, but local broadcast channels are available via an antenna, as well as Roku streaming. Wifi (2G/5G) is available via satellite internet.
