"It was pretty clean, but in the room, you could tell where they had patched places on wall and corners and never painted to fix it when we asked for towels they had to wait to get some washed in the place wasn’t even booked up there were maybe 15-20 cars in lot …. Then we asked for pillows for fold out sofa and all they had was one told us to use them off our bed 🙄…. And the breakfast was awful"

"I just love Home 2 Suites! I think I will choose them over and over again for the simple reasons that they are all newer , housekeeping comes to clean your room and replace towels. They don’t ask if you want to save the environment by reusing towels. I like all of the shelves in the room so my luggage isn’t on the floor. "The front desk clerk was good and nice. But let me tell ya the manager Chelsie tomblin was useless. Her front desk clerk let her know that her hotel was out of laundry supplies and nothing was done. I went and got my own. Just to come back to find out they had no quarters. Then the front desk clerk asks permission to get change and she told him NO. She said I needed to leave again and get my own change at a different business. The hotel was out of towel and I had to keep asking for pool...

"I think the breakfast bar could have been kept a little bit cleaner since there was a lot of kids.For whatever reason, this weekend at the facility. Overall everything was amazing. I don't believe though that the staff should be outside at the entrance.Smoking. p s you may want to change the sign on 245 to read ,Sparks by Hilton. The old one is still up that says Hampton.
