"Breakfast was good and the lobby area was well-kept. But the room was a little rough with stains on couch and bedspreads."

"They recently had a Fire and Water leak. We were not notified that there wouldn’t be breakfast due to the damage. We chose this hotel for that reason. Notifications should have been sent to us so we could chose to change our reservation."

"I didn’t like the mildew smell that had taken over the room. It smelled as though there was a flood recently. I had to visit Walmart and get Lysol and other odor removing spray to get rid of the smell as well as moisturizer remover packs to prevent the moisturizer that lingered causing a sore throat. Plus the property’s exits were not secured. The only plus was the cable and the new furniture."

"Pool was closed? But a staff member was in there with I'm guessing his family. When asked the 1st night was the chemicals where off the 2nd time was the manager who oversees the pool was leaving....and the last I heard they did this so that we(the customers) would have to use the Park next to the expo center.( we were there for a basketball tournament at expo) I already had to pay extra for my daughter to play in this expo tournament to than be gipped by the hotel. "We arrived at 11pm on 7/14. The desk staff that didn’t greet us when we walked up ask for our name. We gave him our last name and said our daughter had already checked in for us. He acted like that meant he didn’t need to hall us in any way. He never looked up at us or said anything useful to be helpful. We knew our daughter and child were already in bed. I asked if we could have keys. He asked for my id which I showed him and he gave one. He only spoke as little as possible and acted like we...

"Drew was fine. Plenty of towels bad for comfortable kind of a small TV but who cares. Staff was just fine no problems at all. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was available. I did not care for it but for the money this place is perfect."
