"We booked here for the convenient location and the opportunity to catch up on a week's worth of laundry. Unfortunately, the washing machine had a mouldy odour that transferred to our laundry. The dryer also required maintenance. Management offered to let us use a washer and dryer in another unit, but this didn't fit with our plans to go sightseeing on our final day. Had the issue been limited to one machine, I would have chalked it up to bad luck. However, having problems with both machines...

"Ideal location, free parking, coffee machine, great value"

"Very nice hotel run by the university of Perth fantastic place"

"Clean, comfortable and a handy location. A huge clean pool, coin operated washer and dryer if you really needed it - though we decided to use a modern laundromat a couple of minutes drive away. We were curious about the road noise, but when the windows was closed it was perfectly quiet in our room. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The property looks a little outdated from the outside, but we had an upstairs room that was fresh looking and had everything we needed to have a nice stay...

"Poor communication"

"Lovely hotel, right in the centre of Perth. On site facilities brilliant! Would definitely stay again!"

"Clean room, very nice staff. The only negative things is that you have to pay $25 for parking. And the parking is not part of the hotel so you have to walk less than a block down the street to get to the car. Other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"The place is okay, but honestly, it could be so much better. No in-room dining options. We were told we could order breakfast downstairs at the bistro and take it back to our room, which isn't exactly premium service. Breakfast was disappointing. We were asked how we'd like our eggs cooked, although I'm not sure why they bothered. My over-easy eggs looked like they'd been splattered into the pan and forgotten about. I sent them back. My wife's poached eggs came out hard. Not sure why getting...

"Nice room in a quiet location"

"The staff were friendly, helpful and understanding. Food was great and there were plenty of other nearby options as well. Location is fantastic. Rooms are huge. Opposite beautiful Cottesloe Beach, 9 min to Hospitals and only a few more into the city or Fremantle. The building is art deco old and in the midst of renovations. Can’t wait to see it finished. It is a lovely old building with an amazing picture window view at the end of the corridors. Not fancy but clean and handy to most places and...

"Nice clean room, we had a beautiful view of Kings Park. The room also had a kitchenette and a washing machine. Great, central location. Would definitely stay again!"

"Pool and bar area are great. Just wish the restaurant and coffee shop had longer hours"

"The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to all excursions, tours and activities that I planned during my stay. The breakfast package is a must as the food was delicious. I highly recommend staying here."

"The Adnate is well located in the heart of the city of Perth. The breakfast buffet is substantial, the in-room snacks are good and Jack on the bar was great. We will be back in December."

"Tudo certo, e perfeito"
