"The staff at this facility are the best I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. Very impressed with the whole experience at the Grand Bohemian. "

I needed one more blanket, it was bedtime, the front desk told me to go down and get. Did not go, and slept without it. The blackout curtain did not work- we only found out when it was sleep time - wanted to sleep more, but it was bright inside the bedroom. "This is a really unique property. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was great. Only complaint is the bathroom is very small, but defintely wouldn’t make me not book again. Thank you! "

"Or stay was fine. We chose this hotel because it was a convenient walking distance to the concert venue. Staff was polite, helpful. Room very clean. Breakfast was decent.
Although we were not intending to use the pool, it was disgusting just to walk past. It looked like green jello. There were no signs stating that it was out of order, which would have made sense. If I had brought children to this hotel, I would be angry because the children would have been extremely disappointed to not have...

Pedi que meu quarto fosse limpo e organizado todos os dias. No primeiro dia, nada feito. No segundo dia falei com o atendente da recepção e ao chegar à noite novamente nada havia sido feito. Então desço até a recepção (o telefone não estava funcionando) l, falei com a atendente e então no penúltimo antes do checkout o quarto foi organizado e limpo.
A água do chuveiro estava fria e o telefone não...
