"This place is just the best!!!! Amazing to think it was a schoolhouse at one point. The beds were so comfortable! Close to things but still very quiet and private. And we loved having an equal number of bathrooms to bedrooms ratio. That is very difficult to find at properties. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Cheryl’s house in Dubuque. The home is very comfortable with everything we needed. Beds are comfortable (the bed in the master is huge!). The dog loved the very large fenced yard. Cheryl was very helpful and communicative and had some great suggestions of restaurants in the area. "

"I had an amazing and relaxing time at this cozy & clean Vrbo spot.It was a 5 minute walk to anywhere you want to be and the temperature was perfect in the main areas of the house.Free parking on the lot and a secure house to share with other people staying.Fresh coffee every morning was a huge plus! 10/10 would stay again. It would be the perfect stay for a group wanting to rent their own house for a desired time."
