The location is perfect as well with close proximity to everything in Bar Harbor and the surrounding area. We enjoyed the location because it exposed us to an area we might have overlooked if we stayed closer to Bar Harbor."

"The house was so spacious with clever use of space. The thoughtfully stocked snacks in the kitchen were much appreciated after a long drive. The instructions to park and enter were perfectly detailed. I really appreciated not having a long list of mandatory cleaning instructions upon check out, creating less stress. "Our family of 4 and 3 dogs enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spot. Being right on the water made for a nice view in the early mornings and evenings. We were within easy access to restaurants and a short drive to everything Acadia has to offer. Our top activities included pastries and pizza from Little Notch bakery, visiting the Carroll homestead, hiking the Wonderland trail, visiting the lighthouse, the beach, and Jordan Pond loop with popovers afterwards.
