For a uniquely beautiful vacation, we offer you our vacation property.  
The apartment is overlooking the canals of New Venice and is in a unique idyllic green location in Berlin Köpenick-Rhansdorf.
The loft-like living area is equipped with a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a dining area and an LCD TV 55 ", relaxation bed, gallery bed, fireplace, stereo, large sun terrace opposite the canals of New Venice. 
The bathroom goes directly from the living area.      

The bedroom is furnished with a large wardrobe, a large double bed and comfortable seating. Here is a 2nd Bathroom with walk-in shower.

 Second Bedrooms with up to 2 sleeping possibilities can be arranged directly opposite 1 on request. Bedrooms are made available for € 19 up to and including 7 days € 9 over 7 days or from 12 days free.

Our quiet family-friendly guesthouse also makes a longer stay a pleasant experience.   
The residential area is quietly located by the water and forest on the outskirts of Berlin and has an excellent infrastructure. The S3 or RE1, easily accessible by bus, allow you to reach almost all important places in Berlin and Potsdam without changing trains.

6 bicycles can be used free of charge. 3 of a kayak and a new 2-person kayak can be booked for 20/30 € each. A 30 HP motorboat on request.
