The Space

Thanks to the innovative layout and impressive ceiling height of this former commercial space, the apartment feels surprisingly spacious despite its compact footprint. At the heart of the design are our custom-made CUBE beds, handcrafted to maximize the available space while creating a unique and inspiring atmosphere.

The apartment features two queen-size beds (160 × 200 cm) and a separate sofa, making it ideal for couples, families, and business travelers. Both beds are fitted with premium Emma One mattresses, designed to provide exceptional comfort and restful sleep.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with a solid oak countertop and premium Siemens appliances, including a microwave with oven function, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine. Small appliances such as a toaster, kettle, and hand blender are also provided, along with everything you need for anything from a relaxed breakfast to a gourmet dinner.

Comfort & Design

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV ensure that you'll stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. Upon request and subject to availability, additional amenities such as an office chair or game console can be provided. Fresh bed linen, towels, and bathroom essentials are, of course, included.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable designer sofa and elegant side tables by DREIECK DESIGN. Throughout the apartment, high-quality oak-look flooring creates a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.

Privacy & Safety

Your safety and comfort are important to us. The street-facing windows are fitted with premium safety glass, while the entrance door features a self-closing multi-point locking system for additional security.

One of the apartment’s unique features is its private entrance directly from the street, allowing independent access without passing through shared hallways—offering both convenience and privacy.

Additional Information

Subject to availability, we can arrange an early check-in from 2:00 PM or a late check-out until 12:00 PM (noon) through our cleaning company. The fee is €30 for either service, or €60 for both. Please let us know as early as possible to maximize availability.
