Near by on rt 589 on racetrack rd with public ramp near by fee 50 dollars a week to keep there as of 2023 . Sorry this is park rules . Great place for family fun and relaxation . Kayaks canoes ok but no boats or trailers .

This was the perfect sport for us to rest our heads and be out and about at the beach, pool and exploring Ocean City! The space was exceptionally clean and John was always super responsive in the lead up and during our time away. This is our favorite rental in all the years we've been traveling to the area.

My husband, me, and our two kids (2 and under) stayed here. Everything was perfect about this place! Not only the location but the house itself was clean and had everything we seemed to need for our week long vacation. The host got back quickly any time we contacted them, and were extremely helpful and nice. Would love to stay here again in the near future!!

This is our second time spending our family vacation in this home and we completely loved it! The location is perfect for a little family vacation with a quiet, gated neighborhood and convenient drive to OC beaches and fun! Pool was amazing and friendly lifeguard. Owners are friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend

My husband and I spent the weekend and the neighborhood as well as the neighbors were just lovely! John checked in to make sure we were ok and to reach out if we needed anything! We really enjoyed ourselves!

This property was exactly what I needed-close enough to OCMD that I could travel back and forth each day and comfortable enough to relax when returning. All the furnishings fit the beach theme and my son and I had just enough space to ourselves. We both said we could live there! Thanks for a great stay!

The moment we walked in we noticed how clean it was and how cozy. It was perfect for a mini 3 night getaway. Although I only contacted the owner once, the response back was immediate. I would recommend this property.

The property was in a gated community, making you feel very safe. It was very clean with all the amenities we could ask for. The owner was there when we arrived. He was very nice and helpful. We had a great 4 day visit!

Our family had a great Vacation at this rental. The owner John sent a message to see if we had any questions or concerns when we arrived. Owners very informative and responsive about everything, such as location of lockbox and code, WiFi password code for pool gate. This place has everything you need, it is like staying in a hotel without being in a hotel setting ā€œnot having to bring your own suppliesā€they supplied toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags thereā€™s a washer and dryer, cooking supplies, clean sheets, towels Beach chairs, fishing poles, crabbing traps.etcā€¦Close enough to the beaches but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Hope to rent this place again in the future. Thank you John and Shiho for allowing our family to stay in your home.

Couple small house keeping things when 1st entering property, some garbage still in can, food in freezer, no bath towels,small things. Otherwise the property was great, location is perfect to gwt to ocean and lots of activities. Would use this location again. Would use agai

Everything was correct looking back through other reviews. The biggest thing for me was having a washer and dryer! That alone takes so much stress off of me. When we first got there we started to unpack we were so thirsty! Look in the fridge to waters left and goldfish packs. I went to the store bought essentials come back to realize they had everything there! Travel toothpaste travel hair supplies ect. It was the best Iā€™ve spent my money on in that park and Iā€™ve stayed in multiple places. Thank you guys so much for caring for your vacationers! I will see you again next year hopefully!!

This was one of our best vacation. The house was amazing. It was clean, well stocked and John was very responsive to my many questions lol. The pool was very nice. The location was fabulous, off the beaten path with a relaxed feel and very close to Ocean City. We cannot wait to book this location again, possibly in September and definitely next summer.

This home was perfect for our little family. Clean, enough space for my husband and I, 14 year old, and 2 year old. Very friendly neighborhood, amazing clean pool, and the hosts were very responsive and wonderful!! Looking forward to staying here again!!

This place was perfect for us. We were coming for a quick getaway and this place was extremely clean, no weird smells, and looks like the pictures. Two things I want to mention that could help with booking is the campground does rent out bikes and I think kayaks which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Also we couldnā€™t find towels which was a first for me in a bnb. Not a big deal for us because we wanted new ones for home anyway. Thanks for a great weekend and we will definitely be staying here again!

This place is amazing. John and shiho are very responsive and friendly. The place has everything you want in a vacation rental so you pack less things. You can cook in a nice kitchen with pots and pans, BBQ on a nice grill, nice soft and clean sheets AND a washer and dryer so No going home with dirty sandy clothes. Only thing needed here literally is towels. So pack light. Amenities are great as well. There is a pool, bike rentals and a crabbing pier. We didnā€™t want to leave but we are excited to book here for next year. Oh and they have snacks ready as soon as you open the door. My boys loved that after a 5 hr drive.
