****Important**** Linens and towels are not provided with this rental. You will receive your check-in instructions with your final payment (about 30 days prior to your stay) and in there, you will find the bed sizes along with directions for ordering the linen package if you do not wish to bring your own.

You will be a short drive to many of the other great courses located throughout the Ocean City area. Besides the fabulous golf, the Glenn Riddle community also offers a community pool, tennis courts, fitness center and walking trails. You will be close to some of the best restaurants in the area including Ruth Chris, Sunset Grill and The Shark to name a few. The family will enjoy the go-carts, putt putt, Frontier Town, Assateague Island and of course downtown Ocean City.

This beautiful 3-bedroom 3.5 bath home feels more like a 4 bedroom with a basement suite that has a full bath, TV, fireplace, pull-out sofa and a "hideaway" bed. It also has plush furniture, flat screen TVs in every room, wireless internet and a nicely appointed kitchen for those nights you want to eat at home. A large deck gives views of the of the adjacent golf course.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* There is parking for one vehicle in the garage and on the driveway.
* Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own.
* Owner provides beach chairs and umbrella for guest use.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* This beautiful, gated community also offers a fitness room, billiards room and clubhouse.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

**Please Note- this community requires reservations to be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance of check-in date. We are unable to accept reservations with less than a 2-week window. Special Zoning Regulations apply; please submit an inquiry prior to putting through a reservation so we can discuss the zoning requirements**

Very impersonal at pool area. Made us feel like we didnā€™t belong because we were Renters. Would not allow more passes for group. Only four people could use pool at one time. We had 7 in our group, 3 were children. ???

Our stay

We absolutely loved our stay here and we would definitely re-book another stay next year. The location to everything was perfect. Our only complaints that we had was the refrigerator did not keep our stuff cold and the air conditioning didnā€™t keep the upstairs bedrooms cool. The bedrooms got really warm and musty at night.

A Wonderful Stay!

We loved this property and plan to return next year! Close enough to the beach in the quaint West Ocean City, but far enough away from the Coastal Hwy chaos. Super clean, super user-friendly (everything is labeled) and has everything you would need and more for a week at the beach. Gorgeous pool, beautiful golf course! Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful spacious home!

The home was in a great location, about a 15 min drive from the beach (without traffic). The home was renovated and had pretty much everything we needed to be comfortable. The host was very responsive. The only complaint is the neighbors, who werenā€™t very friendly and actually called the police when my cousin parked in their parking space to unload groceries. Other than that, everything was perfect and I would recommend this home to other travelers.

The house was clean, roomy and comfortable. The location was perfect as we had a golf tournament at the resort on property. The staff at Glen Riddle were friendly and helpful. The townhouse was perfect for our weekend golf getaway.

The property was ideal location for our golf getaway. clean and well furnished. We had poor weather for the weekend however which casued us to spend more time in the property so we really got to enjoy the comfortable main living areas. the beds were all fine and good night sleep by all. David was great and was always available if needed. The only comment is that you need to adhere to the parking instructions if you have multiple vehicles. not a problem just make sure you park in correct spaces. Overall we would stay again if in Berlin / OC.

Everything was perfect!

The property and home were great. It was very clean and it had everything that we needed for our stay. So close to everything. The only thing that was not perfect was the amount of steps, other than that is was just perfect!! We definitely will be back!!!!
