Holiday Home “Rotes Haus Phöben” with Private Terrace, Garden, and Wi-Fi

Rotes Haus Phöben was once a barn and has been lovingly transformed into a unique holiday home full of charm and thoughtful details. The house has two separate entrances and is rented as a whole. On the left side, you’ll find a studio with a combined living and sleeping area for up to 3 guests, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a kitchenette. On the right side, the upper floor features a living and sleeping area with a double bed (our “Barn Oasis”), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a single bed. There is another sleeping space on the ground floor. The terrace and garden are all yours to enjoy, with garden furniture provided.



The house offers 100 m² of space for up to 6 guests, Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette with fridge, sink, stovetop, toaster, and air fryer. Parking is available on site. With self check-in, you can arrive flexibly. One pet is welcome by prior arrangement and for an extra fee.



The Havel River is within walking distance. The bus stop is right outside, and the nearest train station with free parking is just a few kilometers away.



The area offers a charming mix of nature, water, and open space—perfect for relaxing and outdoor activities. Beautiful hiking and cycling trails, the island town of Werder, and the cities of Potsdam and Berlin are all within easy reach.
