BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building. Green city residential area with easy reach of the Kurfürstendamm. A car park can be used for free. The subway stations Augsburger Straße and Spichernstraße are in close proximity.

MAIN ROOM
The Alcantara sofa bed in the main room has unfolded 2,00 x 1,60 m related sleeping surface. A bedside table shelf, including a radio alarm clock, is available. A dresser contains all necessary linen including pillows and a second dresser provides storage space for personal items.

BATH
The bathroom has a shower, hand basin, toilet, and washer-dryer. Bathrobes, towels, bath towels, and a hairdryer are provided.

KITCHEN
Tea, coffee or coffee capsules, spices, cooking oil, kitchen towels, kitchen roll, and washing-up liquid are provided. The kitchen offers the following amenities: Induction cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, cookware and tableware, cutlery, large microwave oven with grill and hot air function, Coffee maker for coffee capsules with milk foam unit, toaster, kettle, and various cooking utensils.

BALCONY
The balcony is facing the green backyard.

NOTES
For energy and water use, the use of the Internet, and provided supplies for the kitchen and bathroom no costs will be calculated. 5% CityTax applies and has to be paid in cash by arrival; should the stay be induced professionally, the guest can fill in the form presented at apartment handover and payment of the tax would not apply. Upon arrival, you must present your valid official photo ID, the data of which will be recorded by the landlord or one of his representatives. The introduction to the apartment with Internet/WiFi policy signing will last about fifteen minutes. The key return is made personally at the check-out meeting to the host or his representative.
