nice that our charming accommodation appeals to you. We are a small family business and are always there for our guests. If you have any special requests, please contact us. If you want to stay with us, you can book directly. The calendar is always up to date.
We will send you a door code in good time from the start of the trip so that you can check in to the unit yourself 24 hours a day.

Our lovingly furnished and fully equipped apartment offers the ideal starting point for your stay. Sleep comfortably in a high quality box spring bed in a central location in Berlin.
Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to us.

The charming accommodation has two bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, a main bathroom and a guest toilet, which are spread over approximately 60 square meters. You will sleep on high-quality box spring beds and sofa beds from Möbel Hübner. You have a fully furnished apartment at your disposal including a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as many other extras.

In winter, the rooms are covered by central heating. There is also underfloor heating in the two bathrooms. We also offer you a fireplace for romantic evenings in front of the fireplace.

To work you will find a small office space with small office equipment (monitor, printer, punch, stapler ...) and of course high-speed WiFi. One of the numerous MagentaTV channels on the swiveling TV is sure to inspire you to relax.

Other amenities of the accommodation include the electric shoe shine machine, the electric shirt / blouse and trouser press, fans, sewing kit, iron, washing machine, detergent, dryer, city maps, information material etc.

For the "little guests" we are happy to provide a buggy, travel cot, high chair and children's toys. If you also need a changing mat, baby bath or a baby phone, please let us know in advance.

Your kitchen is fully equipped ... u. a with pots, pans, champagne and wine glasses, dishwasher, etc. ... everything you need for a short or long stay in our accommodation ... but also with a smoothie maker and 2 coffee machines (filter & pad / Tassimo) and a multitude of little things and extras.

There are two bathrooms in the unit. The front bathroom serves as a guest bathroom with toilet and sink. The rear also has a shower. Of course we provide towels, shampoo and hair dryer.

Various information material such as city magazines, city maps and restaurant tips are available for daily planning.

The neighborhood:
The apartment is in a quiet side street.
Supermarkets and shops for daily needs are only about 300 meters away. The supermarket is open around the clock from Monday morning to Saturday night (24/6).

In just a few stations you can reach the sights such as B. the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charly, Friedrichstrasse, the Eastside Gallery, KaDeWe, Kurfürstendamm u. V. M.

transport:
Unfortunately we cannot offer our own parking space. Public parking on the side of the road is free, two streets away.
We recommend leaving the car at the apartment during your stay and heading to the sights using public transport. Berlin's public transport is very well developed. All sights are usually easy to reach in 10 to 20 minutes.

The closest underground stations are U-Blissestraße and U-Berliner Straße. Both are only about 400 meters away. You can get there in all directions and are, for example, in 5 minutes at Kurfürstendamm (Ku'damm), in 15 minutes at Berlin Messe or Alexanderplatz.
