AROUND
Only 3 minutes to the S-Bahn ring and only 3 minutes to the tram, which brings one in eight minutes to Alexanderplatz. The beautiful bar area of the Helmholtzplatz and Kollwitzplatz are also just 5 minutes walk. Nevertheless, situated in a quiet side street.

OUTSIDE
Beautiful green courtyard in the summer is inviting you to linger. The area surrounding is interspersed with small parks and squares and many small shops and cafes are a pleasant mix.

SLEEPING ROOM
With a view in the sky in the cozy double bed (180x200cm). Fresh linens are provided free of charge. The bedroom can be darkend up to 90%. In the bedroom is a second TV.

WOHNZIMMER
In the living room you will find two comfortable sofas. One of them can be converted into an additional bed with 140x200cm. In order to be able to distinguish the sleeping area in the living room, a thick curtain is present. The living room can be darkened by about 80%. The dining table can be extended from 4 to 8 seats. A large flat screen TV is freely moveable in the apartment and allows a comfortable television evening wherever you want. Bed linen is provided free of charge.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has a kitchenette with automatic gas stove, refrigerator, small freezer, dishwasher, water cooker, toaster, microwave, dishes and pots. Many guests say the kitchen is very well equipped.

BATH
The modern bathroom has a rain shower and heated floor. Washing machine and dryer are provided. Fresh towels and hand soap are provided free of charge.
Shower gel, washing powder, conditioner, shampoo etc are not supplied by us as the apartment is private and no hotel.

OTHERS
The beds are made. We provide for each person a large towel and a hand towel. If you need more towels, just let us know and for 5€ per big towel we'll provide them.

- Bedspreads: For a healthy and comforting sleeping environment, the duvets and pillows are filled with down. In the winter we have thick blankets in the summer thinness. Two extra blankets are always in the closet in the corridor.

- A basic selection of cleaning products, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher taps etc. exists. But it's not a hotel and for longer stays you must buy one or the other.
Shower gel, washing powder, conditioner, shampoo etc are not supplied by us as the apartment is private and no hotel.

- Slippers can not be provided by us for reasons of hygiene, because we would have to buy new after each guest change. Please bring slippers or thick socks.

- Children are most welcome. If you need a baby high chair or toddler high chair (single time 5 €) or a baby travel bed including extra bedding (single time 10 €) in the apartment just let us know.

CHECK IN
Self-service check-in is possible between 14:00 and 23:30 using the numerical code.

CHECK OUT
Check out will be easy at any time before 11am. Just by closing the door without key from outside. If you want to check out later just ask us when you're in Berlin. If there won't be any guests right at your check out day it is usually all right.

NEIGHBORHOOD
On foot you can reach from the apartment the area around the Helmholtzplatz and Kollwitzplatz. Likewise a park. Not far are trendy clubs and the cultural brewery. Restaurants, boutiques and cafes are nearby, as well as shopping opportunities for the daily needs. Children's playgrounds, parks, bicycle rental, copy and internet shop, ATM, S-Bahn and tram stop are within walking distance (500m)

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The apartment is located in the Helmholtzviertel, in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg.
Tram:
With the M2 tram you reach the Alexanderplatz in 8 minutes, a few minutes later the Hackescher Markt from where you can walk the museum island, the government district and the amusement mile Oranienburger Straße.
S-Bahn / City train
The S-Bahn station Prenzlauer Allee is a 4-minute walk away. This station is part of the S-Bahn ring and from here you can reach all of Berlin quickly and comfortably.

Airport Schönefeld SXF: 25 km with public transport 50 min, zone ABC
Taxi about 50 EUR in 30 min

PARKING / CAR
Parking is available in the neighborhood for a fee of 2€/h. Free public parking is possible from approx. 1km away. 800m away is a parking garage with currently 5 €/day. In addition, the green environmental label is required for the inner city area.
