"Cutest little house in the woods. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, and the very comfortable bed. It was quiet and relaxing in this home, and it was so nice to have the essentials provided (like coffee, sugar, creamer, garbage bags, paper towels, detergent). Very close to the brewery, and to the center of town. "

"Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful property on a secluded lot with pleasant views of woods and mountains all around. For two people, there is more than enough space for anything you are likely to want to do. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked and the furniture is all wet comfortable.About a 12-minute drive into the center of Berkeley Spring, and about 25 minutes to Cacapon State Park. Highly recommended."

"This cabin was clean and supplied everything that was needed! The kitchen was stocked and the bathroom supplied shampoo, conditioner, soap and bath towels. The beds were very comfortable! Our dogs loved running in the backyard and us humans enjoyed laying in the hammocks! I would stay here again!"

"Very spacious for our large group. Plenty of space to put our groceries. Nice open area to hang out. The kids loved the pool of course and the hot tub. We visited Antietam and Harpers Ferry. Water park is 45 minutes away but well worth the drive. "

"This is an excellent house well set up for families and larger groups. We really enjoyed the layout of the house, multiple bathrooms and hot tub. Note that the internet is not super strong. We tried streaming and it wasn't possible. Not a problem but if you are planning on streaming it's not much of an option. We enjoyed the local activities and would return again. It was well equipped and has all you need for a retreat, or place to go an check out various activites. Thank you!"

"We LOVED our stay. The house has tons of room. The kids can be entertaining themselves in the huge basement game room while the adults have plenty of room to spread out upstairs. The screened in porch is complete with rocking chairs so that you can sit back and relax. The deck area has plenty of seating for everyone and a fire pit to enjoy at night. Don’t forget to enjoy the breathtaking view of the sunset from the ridge. It is definitely picture perfect. "

"Quick getaway for family. Cabin was excellent, beds very comfortable, wood floors, 2 br, 2 bath perfect for our group. Nice jacouzi in master br upstairs. Ramp to front door, perfect for our elderly dog. Only thing the kids didn’t like was no internet at the cabin - would have to go to the spa to have internet. Sliding glass door to balcony with chairs was a plus."

"This house is lovely and relaxing. The layout is ideal for being together with everyone - as well as for hanging out separately, when that's preferred. Our adult children loved to hang out in the hot tub, while my husband and sat on the upstairs screened porch. We had a great time here. And the beds and linens were very high-end and comfortable."

"We had a wonderful weekend, the house was perfect for our needs. Very clean. We enjoyed the location, private but not too far from town. Tony, the host was excellent about communication and checked in to make sure our stay was going well and offered great recommendations of local spots to grab a meal. Check in and out was a breeze. 10/10 would stay here again!! "

"This cabin is really cute, though it isn't large - there seems to be room for a lot because of how well it was designed. It was super quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Lots of little details made it special. We enjoyed the (new?) hot tub on the deck, and found the beds to be very comfortable. The showers and bath tubs were all nice and clean.There was everything we wanted in the kitchen.
