"O Hotel é muito bem localizado, pois é dentro do aeroporto, entre os terminais 4 e 5 , próximo ao Arlanda Express e dos outros trens. Quarto confortável. Ótimo para quem precisa sair em voo pela manhã ,muito cedo"

"Terrible customer service. I contacted the hotel to get instructions to book the transfer service (advertised as a free service). I tried several times and did not receive an answer. Then I called the hotel and found that I would need to book atue transfer (because there were limited spaces, on first come, first served basis). Finally, I tried but the service was fully booked in the times I needed. In the end, I had to spend around 1000 SEK in taxis. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. All communications are stored in the app and I authorize access."
