Authentic Mâconnaise farmhouse with lots of character, featuring a beautiful 10x5m private swimming pool (gently sloping with a safety step all around) open from May to October, replaced by the 6-seater spa, heated and sheltered when the pool is closed & a pleasant 400m² private garden - set in a charming little rural village overlooking the Cluny and Lyonnais valleys.  On the ground floor (accessed by stone staircase) there is a sitting area with sofa (additional double bed available), fireplace and massage chair, which opens onto the fully-equipped kitchen (with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, food processor, wine cellar, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, induction hob, etc.) and dining area. There is also a ground floor bedroom (accessed by 4 steps) with a 160x200 bed and a shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and toilet.
Upstairs (access by stairs) are two further bedrooms with 160x200 beds and a shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside you'll find sheltered garden furniture, a garden and sun loungers around the pool for relaxing.
We are equipped with fibre optics with a very good speed for teleworking.
