Starting with the positive, the location is very good. Easy to get into the city or to and from airport/train station.
As for the issues, communication was poor. This might be a result of the host, or the booking service (hotels.com), or my phone not working well out of the country. We did not get check in information until requesting it, wifi passwords were incorrect, and how to handle garbage/kitchen quirks did not exist. On top of this, none of the contact numbers worked so we could not reach the host to tell them.
The space was also set up for a smaller group than ours so we were short towels, pillows, blankets with no way to communicate this to the host.
It seems like this listing is just starting out, and will eventually get the kinks worked out, but for now it was too expensive for a low level of service even in a quality location.
