With the house being perched just above the Belmont Walkway you are only a 9 minute walk away from the beach, cafes and restaurants. The house is split into 2 living areas. The ground floor and the 1st floor. The 1st floor is our own living area or available for long term lets but the ground floor is available for short term rentals. It makes a perfect base for travellers to experience the island. The living space consists of a large bedroom with double bed and comfy sofa. There is a brand new kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower and vanity area and a stunning outside space with views across Admiralty Bay. Car parking is available at the front of the house.
