"The location was clean and inviting. The pool was smaller than precieved on the website lol but still clean and comforting... the staff was kind and helpful and funny... (love the week day morning lady that has been there for 17 years... she is cool!) Definitely will be back.... PLUS there is a texas shaped waffle iron in the breakfast room!!!!! Awesome.. and the batter was yummy as well... thank yall for the awesome mini vay-cay... Buuuuut.... the wifi did not work the entire time we...

"The resort itself gets five stars. The staff unfortunately only get two stars. Our room wasn’t ready until 5 o’clock because they didn’t have any clean ones available. We tried to eat at the Landshark Bar and Grill. The restaurant had about six tables already seated, and there was one group ahead of us waiting to be seated. The two hostesses looks so confused and took about 15 minutes to seat the other couple and ourselves, we were seated about 10 minutes and no one came over to let us know...

"Booked this room (220) for my grandmother's memorial. Drove from Azle TX. Upon arrival, there was broken glass in the front driveway. No elevator. AC in the hallways were not on.
