The Space:

The Hummingbird is a thoughtfully designed studio ADU tucked into a quiet, wooded setting near Bentonville. The open-concept layout makes the most of the space while giving you everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.



Inside, the studio features a comfortable queen bed, a small living room with a 55" TV, and a dining table for two. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the option to cook at home, while a dedicated laundry closet with a washer and dryer makes longer stays convenient.



Step outside onto the spacious balcony, where you can enjoy comfortable seating surrounded by the trees. The Hummingbird also has a separate fire pit area with Adirondack chair seating, giving you another place to relax outdoors and enjoy the peaceful wooded setting.



The Hummingbird is part of the Black Cabin Collection, located just minutes from downtown Bentonville and the area's renowned bike trails, restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions. It's a peaceful place to come back to after a day of exploring.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the home and outside area surrounding it. Parking is available on-site. You will be sent your door code and check-in instructions 48 hours before your reservation.

On-site parking is available, and rideshare services are available in the area for convenient transportation to and from downtown.
