Cutest garage apartment close to the Bentonville Square!
We loved staying here! So cute and cozy! It was a great location in a safe area! And it was just perfect for my daughter and I while we were in town for a tennis tournament.

Great location!
Studio C was in a perfect location. Short walk to anywhere I wanted to go for food. Place was very clean and well stocked with all the basics. Host was very easy to get ahold of when needing to add a day to my trip. If I ever travel to Bentonville my myself or with one other person, I will certainly stay again.

Beautiful and Relaxing
My husband and I stayed here for a few days and we absolutely loved this place. It was a little big farther from downtown than we would prefer but it was super quiet which was nice. Everything was so special about this place. Every single detail was thought out. I really enjoyed the games that were provided and all the special touches like the coffee, snacks, and wine. Communcation with Debbie was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfection, and I'm not exaggerating.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Studio C for my birthday celebration with my boyfriend, and it was perfect! From the moment we stepped through the door, it was evident that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay amazing. The rental had everything a person could possibly need – and more! The thoughtful touches made it clear that the hosts truly care about creating a memorable experience. The interior is beautifully decorated with cool art, interesting books and cozy blankets. The location was perfect. Being within walking or biking distance to everything made everything so easy. The host provided us with a ton of recommendations for where to go, what to eat/drink, even which trails to take on the bikes. This property and host exceeded all expectations!

Fantastic location!
My mother and I stayed here for a long weekend in Bentonville and it was absolutely perfect. The studio was clean and had everything you needed. The two queen beds are great touch, especially when traveling with family or friends. Debbie was also kind enough to reach out to me ahead of time and was very responsive. I cannot stay enough great things about this studio and the location! If I come back to Bentonville I will definitely stay here again or in the main house.

Like house-sitting for your design maven bestie
The carriage house is just stunning, gorgeous design elements everywhere and so many thoughtful touches: the waters in the fridge, basket of forgotten necessities (toothbrushes, razors, etc), amazing bath products, wardrobe amenities (iron, steamer, etc). Such a cozy and thoughtful landing spot- I’ll definitely book again. The hosts were responsive and even reminded me about farmers market timings on Saturday! What a blessing to find this listing, thanks for everything!

Perfect Getaway
My husband and I stayed at the property for three nights, so we could visit the Crystal Bridges Museum (which is fabulous) and enjoy the area. We could not be more pleased with the property, and the setup could not have been better. The two queen beds were comfortable and the nights, quiet. The property boasts a full size kitchen which would be ideal for cooking and a washer and dryer. The place is fully stocked with anything you might need from wine, beer, coffee, granola bars and more. What we loved most was the location! Although the property is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is a few short blocks from downtown. We walked to the movies and to dinner in cool restaurants. We had drinks in a fun bar. Our favorite walk was to the town square which is quaint and beautiful, yet vibrant. We bought books at the bookstore and a painting on the square, so we could remember our special visit to Bentonville. This property is a must! Thank you to Debbie for a trip we will never forget.

Weekend in Bentonville
We really enjoyed our stay at the Downtown Studio C. It is the perfect size for 2-4 people. It has a large fully equipped kitchen, two queen beds, lots of windows for natural light, and beautiful decorations and house plants. It was also very clean and comfortable. Our favorite part was how close it was everything we wanted to see. It was between .5 and 1 mile from most shops, museums, breweries, and restaurants in and around the Bentonville Square area. Everything else was just a short 5-10 minute drive. I would absolutely stay here again, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Everything thing you need
I was pleasantly surprised at the availability of anything I needed. I even found a first aid kit. Luckily, I didn’t meed it. It was close to the square, which was great. Many restaurants. I would highly recommend this loft area. We also enjoyed the colored balls on the patio at night.

Fantastic stay at Studio C for FreshGrass
Loved the property, it was even better than the description. This studio had everything we needed. Perfect downtown Bentonville location, walking distance to the Momentary for Freshgrass, and easy bike access to the Razorback Greenway bike trail. Lots of great shops and restaurants close to the property. The Crystal Bridges art museum was wonderful too.

Mountain Biking Trails
The communication with the host was phenomenal! The Studio C was luxurious, cozy, and spotless! The amenities were more than we can ask for! Everything was in walking distance to downtown coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and most importantly to us, the bike trails! We were very pleased and will be back!

Great place to stay near Bentonville Square
This is a great home in a terrific location! Everything about this house works and is perfectly situated for walking to fabulous dining restaurants, boutique shops, and Saturday market day in the square. Felt like staying at a friend's
The apartment was exactly as described. It was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. Unlike many sterile rentals, these owners really made this rental feel like you're being hosted by a friend. If you forgot anything, chances are, it was available in the apartment. The kitchen was well appointed and made it easy to stay in when I wanted. Debbie provided excellent recommendations for food, coffee and shopping. The Onyx flagship coffee lab in Rogers is amazing! The neighborhood was very quiet and I was able to walk almost everywhere I wanted to go. I definitely recommend this apartment if you want to feel like you're in a home away from home. Thank you for my relaxing visit 😊

Lovely apartment!
The above garage apartment is so lovely and all the thoughtful amenities are perfect! It was impeccably clean and the decor is perfection! Loved the book collection so much! My daughter and I had a wonderful two night trip with lots of downtown time, shopping and museums. It’s close to everything and highly recommend!

Artist loft conveniently located
Made use of the kitchen for making breakfast each morning. Walked to crepe place for dinner first night. Sidewalks missing in some areas, but enjoyed the crepes. Enjoyed sitting on side balcony. Will be even nicer when trees have leaves providing shade. Could get addicted to that Nespresso machine! Very stylish place.

Great location; lovely property
A friend and I stayed at this property for a short weekendtrip to Bentonville to do the goat hike with 37 North Expiditions (highly recommend!) The apartment was clean, spacious and well-stocked. It was perfectly located in a very nice neighborhood within easy walking distance to Crystal Bridges and to the Square (restaurants & coffeeshops). The owner has clearly put a lot of thought into the space, and it is welcoming and relaxing. We had text exchanges with (owner) Debbie and found her to be helpful and very responsive. I would stay here again. Great choice.

This studio is a perfect place for 2 people. Located in a beautiful section of Bentonville within a few minutes walk to downtown and good restaurants. Crystal Bridges Museum is a short ten minute drive. The studio is very well appointed with much attention to detail. It is located over a detached garage and is very private.

Outstanding accommodations and location.
The apartment and location are outstanding. To say it is fully equipped is an understatement. Walking distance to the square and museum. Debbie answered all questions promptly. Highly recommend.

The perfect place
Property was one of the best equipped and maintained that we've ever stayed at. Extremely well decorated and modern. It is in an ideal location for a visit to downtown Bentonville. You can pretty much walk to anywhere around the square including Crystal Bridges and the Native American Museum. The bed was comfortable and the size of the place was perfect for a couple. Total 5 star. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Awesome apartment close to the square!
My 15 year old niece and I loved the property and being close to all that downtown Bentonville has to offer. We were able to walk to many wonderful places to eat and shop during our stay. Debbie was a wonderful host with lots of good suggestions!

4th of July in Bentonville
Wonderful. Debbie is a true gem. Discovered as first time Nespresso drinkers that isn't our cup of tea so wish there had been a Keurig but a small matter indeed. Loved the fact we could just walk to the downtown square and Crystal Bridges Museum. And those Boston Mountains on our drive into Arkansas from Dallas simply breathtaking. Also a bit disappointed at the infrequency of restaurants being open daily as it seemed like many owners may have left the city for vacation themselves. All minor issues however as the overall experience was wonderful. Thanks Debbie!
