"All the staff were very courteous. From check-in to departure was pleasant. The second floor bar, The Eddy, was comfortable with delicious cocktails. The restaurant offered delicious wines and pastas! We ordered a light dinner from room service one evening and it arrived in the cutest picnic basket! And the lobby area is roomy and comfortable to just hang out, have a coffee, and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit. "

"Such a beautiful hotel. The lobby area is gorgeous and homey, their coffee bar is delicious, and the staff was friendly! The rooms are VERY small, not in a bad way, but it’s good to know. Everything was clean and orderly. The location on downtown bentonville was the best part though!"

Check-in was quick and efficient, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Each time we left and returned, we were warmly acknowledged and asked if we needed anything or how our stay was going. The level of hospitality truly made a positive impression."
