Main door was locked using key and not card access, we were provided with only 1 key and caused inconvenience when going out. Good thing is there’s a hose outside the front yard to wash off the mud from our mountain bikes. Homestay is conveniently located within walking distance to town area, about 10 mins walk downhill. "

"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. "Absolutely regret booking a room here. The block of serviced apartments have units owned by different entities, and the entire building looks seedy. No reception in lobby. Called when we arrived and when no one turned up to take us to our room after 10 minutes, security told us to call again. When I did the man on the phone shouted at me and told us to just wait.
