"If you have a large family and want to do a quick weekend vacation this house is amazing. The pool was perfect for the kids and even us adults getting to sit on the deck. The host was so great with responses when I had a question. Aside from running short on towels this house was perfect with so much more sleeping areas and fun lofts to sleep in for the kids. Would highly recommend and would stay again!"

"Our extended family had a fabulous time at the house in Sawyer. The location was perfect. Sawyer is a lovely town with a couple of nice restaurants, a great cafe, and a really fabulous market just a few blocks walking distance. The house worked well for our extended family with lots of places to gather, eat, nap, and play. The barn was a hit with the under 25 set. There were lots of thoughtful touches (make up wipes in the bathroom, laundry bags in the garage with the super nice washer/dryers,...

"check-in was seamless. Backyard facilities as advertised and were fantastic. we had a multi-generational group and things could not have been better. Sally responded very quickly to two questions. Only issue was beach was more like a 1/2 hour walk rather than 15 minutes. "

"It was exactly what we needed for our trip to the Warren Dunes. It was a short drive to the beach, very convenient location. The patio was such a relaxing spot to start and end each day. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We would definitely stay here again! "

"The house was so clean, comfortable, and the pontoon boat was an added bonus. The fire pit was also an excellent addition. The garage with the extra refrigerator was great for larger groups to store all our excess food and drinks. Definitely would recommend this rental house and we will definitely be coming back to Jarvis Lake. "

"The cottage was really cute and clean. Short drive to a beautiful beach. The location was perfect for exploring St. Joseph and South Haven. The owner was very quick to answer questions and very friendly. Some of the reviews mentioned the shower being small but to me it was a cottage shower that served it's purpose I have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This was our first time ever staying in a Vrbo and Marc made it so special! This property is so unique, peaceful, and clean, we already can’t wait to go back! I can’t say enough about how well Marc communicated with us leading up to the trip and throughout the stay. His recommendations were excellent and he even left thoughtful treats for us. "Easy check in and fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful place to stay"

"Property located on busy highway with frequent traffic noise. For safety we drove bikes to nearby bike trails. However, there is easy access to beach, parks and shopping. Property shares driveway with host's car sales business. In front is banner supporting ex-president. House is spacious and decorated with pleasant Christian theme. 2 living rooms contain large comfortable sofas and TVs. Queen mattress was soft causing roll towards the middle. Single bathroom stayed busy and we needed to walk...

"We loved everything about our stay. The house was beautiful and stocked with all you would need. The kids spent lots of time in the pool and a quiet beach was only 2 miles down the road. In the area, we kayaked, paddle boarded, bowled and found a couple of great restaurants. But the cherry on top was the sunset. Every evening we gathered in the great room and watched the sun go down. The kids said it was the best Michigan vacation we've every had. "

"We loved the home and property. Great host/communication and clean throughout. Spacious, light-filled kitchen with anything you might need for cooking and serving large meals. The large dining/living area was a great for conversations. Bedrooms were quiet and dark at night. Comfortable beds. Wonderful sunsets over the lake on Adirondack chairs at edge of tall bluff next to stairs to beach.
