The Cocoonr agency is offering this ground-floor flat in Bénodet, with views over the Odet estuary and just 50 metres from the large Trez beach. It has a floor area of 41 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a 20 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of around 12 m² and a shared swimming pool. We’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living area with 2 sofa beds (extra sleeping space), a TV, a dining area and access to the terrace
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A shower room with shower and toilet
- A bathroom with a bath

Outdoors:
- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residential complex, open from 10.00 to 20.00 from April to the end of September (heated only from late May to mid-September).
Safety measures in place include a pool cover and a gate with a child safety lock.
- A 6m² terrace and a small garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The estate’s garden is full of flowers and leads to a gate providing access to the beach and the pleasant promenade running alongside the Odet estuary.

The flat is ideally situated in Bénodet, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Activities:
There are plenty of walks to enjoy from the residence. You can walk to Pointe Saint-Gilles via a pleasant stroll in the fresh air, or to Bénodet’s marina on the other side.
The residence, situated opposite the UCPA, offers opportunities for water sports such as sailing and windsurfing. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you can reach the jetty for the crossing to the Glénans Islands, or to travel up the River Odet as far as Quimper. You can also hire stand-up paddleboards or sea kayaks to explore the River Odet. The pedestrian ferry provides easy access to the charming harbour of Sainte-Marine.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the car park space reserved for the flat.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Quimper railway station is 20 km away.
- Nearest airport: Brest Airport is 90 km away.

Other notes:
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Swimming pool: Children must be supervised by a parent at all times whilst swimming. Opening dates are not contractually binding and are subject to weather conditions.
