"The property was fabulous. It catered for all of us. Nice to see children’s entertainment there for some down time.It was close to all amenities. Quiet little cul de sac which was lovely. "We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

"We had an amazing weekend at Bunting Lodge, it was spotless, tidy and fully equipped. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. The grass area outside was ample space for our young boy to play with his football safely. The only thing that caught us off guard was a bbq was advertised so we took food and there wasn’t one, after speaking to Marion, I completely agree to why, we just used the oven instead. It didn’t dampen our weekend. Was sad to come home a day early due to personal reasons....

"Wow...... I went on my annual girlie holiday. Alone with my niece and Isla her 7 year old daughter. Because of the Kerfuffle this year, our holiday abroad was cancelled so we decided on a staycation instead. "I had made a call prior to check in to request parking, advised to get there early and ask at desk. This was incorrect and there were no spaces available. At 15.12, after standing in a queue for over 15 mins I am told my room was not ready, the manager came out and was totally disinterested in me as a customer, but found one that would be in another 5 mins. No apology what's so ever!! The staff member said I hope it will be better next time, to which I replied "I doubt there will be a next time" When I went to dinner my choice, battered haddock wasn't available, i think on a Saturday early evening this is totally unacceptable. The shower screen had black mould along the bottom which had been sealed in with sillicon, the kettle lid was broken making a refil almost impossible and the hairdryer had no nozzle to style my hair.. Resulting in "I won't be booking with you again". Regards Sue Smith"
