"We checked in early and didn't go to our room until after we spent time with family When we went back to the room, there was someone sleeping in there. Went back to have a new room assigned.This was a nice property. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Monday's breakfast was ok but Tuesday there was really nothing to eat."

"It’s a good location to stores, restaurants, gasoline and the freeway"

"This property looked very nice from the outside. However, are room was not clean. The floor had carpet that needed to be vacuumed, the bathroom looked worn, and the king sized bed only had three (very small) pillows. We contacted the front desk and requested another pillow and was denied. We requested extra towels which also was denied. "Hotel was in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants. Room was cleaned and so was the rest of the hotel. Parking was plentiful. This was a great find just outside Memphis and will be our go to hotel when we travel there."

"Well I didn’t like staff attitude and I didn’t like the extra charge for early check in when room prices are high enough… I think if you purchase a room you should be able to check in regardless the time, and shouldn’t be charged the same price of the room for early check in ridiculous."
