"Super clean. The staff were very friendly. There is no TV or wifi but that's not why we stayed there. We saw a wild turkey just wandering around the property along with a deer. Nice quiet place to relax."

"This was our third trip to this very inviting cabin in the woods. The cabin itself is clean and fully stocked with your basic necessities. The hike down and up from the river isn’t for the faint of heart but so worth it. The river is peaceful and in the three years we’ve been coming we’ve seen two people kayaking down the river. "It was really easy to punch in the door code and gain access to the rental. Overall everything was fantastic. The only issue we had was there was a bathroom missing soap and the trash can in the kitchen was small for 8 people. There was also a very full kitchen with all the pans and utencils you could ask for. The property was gorgeous and we loved the quiet space and access to the lake. Plus waking up and sitting on the outside deck was the start to the day we needed. Already planning future...

"The house is in a beautiful location inside Haha Tonka State park. Trails are within walking distance. We stayed at beginning of August so we needed a/c and the house definitely stayed cool. The back deck was comfortable. The dock proved us a place to get some sun and swim. Overall, I would recommend this place. "

"We would highly recommend this cabin . It was spotless, fully stocked, perfectly located and super comfy. We have stayed in several cabins at Old Kinderhook and this one is the best! Our grandson loved watching the golfers, we enjoyed the pool and dinner at The Trophy Room was excellent. We would not hesitate to book this property again. "
