Grandma Mary's Home with pool is a house located in Tinj, just 12 km from Biograd na Moru, a small Dalmatian town visited every year by tourists eager to swim in the clear Adriatic Sea, enjoy excellent gastronomic offers, walk along the beach or sunbathe.

Grandma Mary's Home opens its doors to a maximum of 8 people who will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms, two of which have double beds, the third has a pull-out bed, and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a baby cot in one of the rooms. The house offers 216 m2 of living space. There are also 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There is a living room with a sofa, coffee table and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen where cooking will never be easier. Here you will have the opportunity to cook your favorite dishes for family and friends, and you will try them in the dining room that includes a table and chairs.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, WiFi and a washing machine.

In the morning, you will drink coffee on the large terrace with garden furniture. Daytime or nighttime refreshment will be sought in the 40 m2 outdoor pool, next to which there are sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. Next to the pool there is a small tavern equipped with a wood or charcoal grill, table and chairs. This is an excellent opportunity for evening socializing and entertainment until late into the night.

Private parking spaces are available, the house is fenced and provides entertainment in its own beautifully landscaped garden. Children will especially love the table and equipment for table tennis, badminton or trampoline.

Fans of an active vacation will enjoy the gym, and afterwards they can relax in the sauna.

During your stay in Tinj, you can visit the Vrana Lake Nature Park, an ideal location for popularly called "bird-watching". To fully experience the richness of the bird world, bring binoculars or a telescope. Likewise, the Krka National Park is also worth a visit, and is decorated with seven waterfalls. The national park is open to visitors all year round, and you can explore it on foot, part of it on a bike path or on an organized boat trip.

Be sure to visit Zadar or Biograd na moru, which also offer a rich tourist offer: local wineries, musical evenings, concerts, an aquapark for children, and a rich gastronomic offer that will delight you! The most famous locations in the city of Zadar are the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun installation, where you can take photos.
