Villa FORTEZZA by Abahana Villas

LARGE RUSTIC STYLE VILLA LOCATED IN BENITACHELL (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND WIDE VIEWS OF THE REGION. For a maximum of 15 guests.



LAYOUT: The villa is distributed over two floors, connected by an external staircase. We access the upper floor from the main entrance of the plot, entering the entrance hall and next to it we find the comfortable living-dining room with two three-seater sofas, a coffee table and a television. Just behind the sofas there is a table with several wooden chairs and then a large, independent and fully equipped kitchen is at our complete disposal. A corridor leads to the four bedrooms available at this floor (one with a double bed, two with singles and a last bedroom with a single bed), two bathrooms (one en suite with bathtub and shower and the second one with shower) and a guest toilet. From the terrace of this floor or bordering the property, we will reach the lower floor where we will find the swimming pool, terrace and the covered barbecue area. The lower floor has the same layout as upstairs so we will have four bedrooms (one with a double bed and the rest with two single beds each) and two bathrooms with shower, an independent kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances and the living-dining room with a table and several chairs, as well as two three-seater sofas, a coffee table and a television.



OUTSIDE: The entrance to the plot can be made through a pedestrian gate or automatic gate for parking vehicles, there is also a garage. A well-kept and pleasant garden with a variety of trees, plants, palm trees and natural grass surrounds the entire villa. The great pool where you can cool off and enjoy is located in front of the terrace and covered barbecue area. It is surrounded by several sun loungers that will allow us to sunbathe and disconnect. We will have on each floor an outdoor dining area protected from the sun, where to eat and enjoy wonderful evenings. The views from there are wide open so you can see the countryside, the mountains and the Cumbre de Benitachell, as well as the Mediterranean Sea.



SITUATION: The villa FORTEZZA is located in a very quiet area, in a dead end street with little traffic in a residential area of the village of Benitachell. Close to the amenities of the village and just a few minutes drive from its famous coves. The beaches of Moraira and Javea are also nearby, as well as the different leisure areas offered in each of these towns.
