DESCRIPTION: Villa AMORGOS represents a real oasis ideal for recharging one's batteries and recharging the batteries...a serene atmosphere and a natural setting to enjoy a successful holiday. The decoration is vitaminized and cheerful. Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by an ample room: the living-dining room and the kitchen. In the same space, the open kitchen, with all the appliances necessary for the preparation of meals with a friendly and convivial character communicating directly with the living room and the dining room. A television is at your disposal. On our left, a double bedroom, with a large bed and a bathroom with a shower. A spiral staircase gives us access to the upper floor. There are two bedrooms there. One with two single beds in bright and toned colors and the other with a double bed. A bathroom communicates and separates the two bedrooms.

EXTERIOR: The main terrace is located at the back of the villa, with a breathtaking view of the sea. A breathtaking panorama. A large table with chairs is in the shade and close to the kitchen, convenient for taking meals and enjoying the idyllic climate of the region. A chill out area, for a moment of relaxation, reading and sharing with family or friends. The swimming pool, to cool off and enjoy a sunbath with the deckchairs located all around. Finally, located at the bottom of the garden, a Balinese bench, quite charming, to admire the view and the immensity of the horizon. The garden is made up of trees and plants typical of the region.

SITUATION: Located in a very quiet little lane with very little traffic, the villa offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Surrounded by nature, it remains close to the village of Benitachell with its restaurants to discover the gastronomy of the Costa Blanca.
