The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Welcome to Margarida, a charming bungalow furnished in the traditional Spanish way. Located in a very quiet residential area in Cumbre del Sol by Benitachell, this bungalow enjoys of pleasant proximity to a variety of bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. A 10 minutes drive takes us to the refined coast towns of Moraira and to Javea, where an unrivaled sand beach can be found together with various water activities.

The sports enthusiasts will find tennis courts and paddle tennis courts within walking distance. This bungalow shares, along with other bungalows, a huge community pool with the children's pool area. The bungalow offers a parking place. The interior is set on a two stories holiday home.

We enter the living/dining area with Sat+TV+DVD+A/C which has direct access toward the conservatory and to the charming exterior where the barbecue is. With a fully equipped kitchen and through internal steps, we access to a twin bedroom and another double bedroom with A/C and a private balcony, both bedrooms are sharing a shower equipped bathroom.
