The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, freezer, oven, gas four-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, and water kettle. For added convenience, a guest toilet is located down the hall.



From the living area, you can step outside onto the pool terrace, where breathtaking sea views set the perfect holiday mood. The private 8x4 meter pool invites you for a refreshing swim, while the surrounding sun loungers provide the ideal spot for relaxation. The villa offers three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features two single beds, wardrobe space, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a bath/shower combination, sink, and toilet. The two additional bedrooms both have two single beds, air conditioning and wardrobe space. They share a spacious bathroom with a shower, two sinks, and a toilet. This bathroom also houses a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.



For added convenience, the villa includes private parking for one large car, and ample free parking available on the street. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

4: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
