At 70 kms by motorway AP-7 to Valencia where the European G.P. F1 is celebrated.
Up to a maximum of 10 people (families or friends, groups, middle ages) can enjoy the sea views from all the rooms in the house, either the living room to the kitchen or bedrooms. The rooms are provided with terraces. There are 2 wide living rooms, joined together with sea views. The second beach view living room, much quieter with a billiard and chimney. Air-conditioning, heater by radiators, TVs, DVD, Satellite TV, and WIFI is provided. The kitchen is completely equipped. The house is completely fence in, and allows total privacy


At the first sea line luxury villa: The house has been recently reformed, and it is located in a privileged place, at the first sea line to the clear sand beaches of the sunny Costa del Azahar. You can enjoy of the sea views, from all the room´s house.

Visits to do: Valencia:Valencia has numerous world-class museums, including the stunning City of Arts and Sciences complex (designed by Santiago Calatrava), which includes Europe's largest aquarium and the eye-catching opera house.There is also the world renowned IVAM modern art museum The city is compact enough to mean all its attractions are within walking distance once you are there, so be sure to set a side at least a day to experience these. The city centre has many attractive palm lined boulevards, beautiful historic buildings and designer boutiques. In 2007, Valencia held the Americas Cup sailing competition, which was a huge success.The winners Alinghi of Switzerland have chosen to defend their trophy in Valencia again in 2010, which means there will be plenty of sailing up to and including the main event. From 2008, Valencia will be hosting the 'European Grand Prix F1', which will take place on a specially designed street circuit around the harbour. Visit this amazing city during your holidays.

Visits to do: Peniscola town : The 15th century castle which was the home of Pope Benedicto XIII is situated in the 'old town'. The castle was used for location filming of 'El Cid' and " Game of Thrones". Allow the heady atmosphere to penetrate your senses as you explore the winding streets, new experiences and intriguing surprises at a very twist and turn. Peniscola is located at 60 km from Benicassim (motorway).
