"It was an unforgettable stay . The Domaine itself is a unique property with a lot of land to explore, and you can also use their amazing facilities like gorgeous fitness, tennis, badminton, pool, etc. The room was perfect in every way: lighting, comfort of the bed, linens, huge, very well lit bathroom. "Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel charmant, dans ce village fort calme en ce début de février. L’hôtel est bien tenu, bien décoré, avec d’anciennes machines à coudre et à écrire, bien entretenues, dispersés dans les couloirs. Hâte d’y revenir en été pour profiter de la piscine et du jardin. "

"The most wonderful hosts and idyllic location. Beautiful huge garden, always plenty going on in what seemed like a very small town. Stephen and Michaela were so warm and welcoming and were very knowledgeable on the local area with some fabulous recommendations for food and things to do nearby. Great facilities and very clean house, even had an air fryer which is a proper luxury in France! There is so much in and around Confolens if you’re willing to look for it! Would stay again in a heart beat."
