Birdie Lodge is a beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Sunriver golf-course retreat, ideal for two families traveling together, couples, and golf getaways. Overlooking the 18th hole of The Woodlands Golf Course, this inviting home features peaceful fairway and water views, all-new furnishings, stylish décor, and a brand-new private hot tub.

Two private king suites provide a comfortable retreat for parents or couples, while a queen bedroom and a bunk room with four beds offer flexible sleeping arrangements for children and additional guests. Gather in the spacious living and dining areas, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy outdoor seating overlooking the golf course.

Your stay includes 8 SHARC passes and 5 complimentary bikes, making it easy to enjoy Sunriver's recreation center and explore more than 30 miles of paved trails. After a day of golfing, biking, skiing, or exploring Central Oregon, unwind in the private hot tub and enjoy a relaxing evening together.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, private hot tub, outdoor spaces, garage, and driveway parking. Complimentary bikes and all included amenities are available throughout your stay. Self-check-in makes arrival simple and convenient.

Birdie Lodge is located in a serene, peaceful Sunriver neighborhood where quiet hours are respected and reinforced. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM, and all outdoor activities, including use of the hot tub and outdoor spaces, must move indoors after 10 PM. No parties or events are permitted. We ask guests to help us preserve the peaceful atmosphere for everyone in the neighborhood.

Sunriver is a resort community 20 minutes south of Bend. You're minutes from Sunriver Village (restaurants, shops, breweries), the SHARC aquatic center (pools, water slides, lazy river, tubing hill), the Deschutes River (kayaking, paddleboarding, tubing), and two golf courses. Mt. Bachelor is a 35-minute drive for world-class skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking.

The house is located directly on the 18th hole of the Woodlands Golf Course. Please note that the golf course and club facilities are privately owned and operated and are not affiliated with the home. Guests interested in golfing are encouraged to contact the golf club directly for current information regarding public play, reservations, fees, and course access.
