Our outdoor space is fully fenced so you can lodge your fur babies without a worry. Minutes away from the Sunriver Village Shops, river docks, and snow parks, and a popular walking route for wildlife.

PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BRINGING YOUR DOG

We allow one dog per reservation upon special request. No other animals are allowed. Please send us a direct message telling us a bit about your dog (breed, age, weight, etc.) before completing your booking. An additional pet fee of $125 will apply (we will send a payment request to your inbox prior to your reservation).

Any damages/stains to the furniture will result in an additional fee to cover the cleaning/repair cost. Please make sure you clean up after your pets and make sure they are clean before entering the home. The backyard is fully fenced for running around. The homeowner will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents on the property your dog may incur while staying at the Swan Road Getaway.
Other things to note
We ask that you please be respectful of others in the neighborhood and keep the noise down especially between 10 pm and 9 am. This is a quiet residential community and a great place to unwind, relax and get back to nature. If you are looking for a party house, we kindly ask you to look elsewhere.

Please review the rules before requesting to book:

NO SMOKING INDOORS - We don't allow smoking anywhere inside the home. Any evidence that you have been smoking indoors will result in a $150 dollars fee or more if damages or additional cleaning fees are incurred.

NO OUTDOOR FIRES - This region of Oregon often faces high to extreme fire risks. We want to do our part to "Keep Oregon Green", so we have provided a propane fire pit to minimize risk.

No Unregistered Guests

We put a lot of time and effort into this home and ask that you please be respectful and courteous and leave the home in the same condition as when you arrived.
