This is your private single-family home away from home in one of the best areas of Bend! The welcoming living room, dining, and kitchen area have vaulted ceilings with skylights and large windows providing plenty of light. The living room is complete with plenty of cozy seating for your group, board games, and a large-screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped for adults, kids, and dogs including coffee to get your morning off to a smooth start!
Dining for 6 is available both inside and out.
Bedroom 1 has a cozy Helix queen bed and closet with shelves and hanging storage.
Bedroom 2 has another super comfortable Helix queen bed, shelves and hanging storage in the closet, and a desk providing a quiet place to work if you must while here.
Bedroom 3 has a luxurious Helix king bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a large shower and plenty of storage.
All bedrooms have plenty of pillows, extra blankets, hangers in the closets, and oh-so-cozy linens!
An additional bathroom is off the hallway with a tub-shower and plenty of storage.
Both bathrooms provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, cotton balls, plush towels, and a hair dryer.
We don't need you to do any laundry while here, but if needed, a full sized washer and dryer are in the hall closet available for your use.
You'll also have access to the two-car garage for car or gear storage.
In the fully fenced backyard you'll find a large paver patio with a propane grill, outdoor dining and lounge seating to soak in the Central Oregon air and let the kids and dogs play! There is bocce ball and croquet in the outdoor bench for your use.
The home offers central air for cooling the hot summers and warming you after a winter day in the mountains.
Wi-fi is fast for whatever online needs you may have while here.

The midtown neighborhood you’ll stay in is a family-friendly neighborhood great for a stroll! You’ll be close to Pilot Butte, Al Moody Park and various restaurants, food cart pods, grocery stores and other necessities with access to all Central Oregon has to offer a short drive in any direction.

The whole house and garage are yours to enjoy during your stay! Both the house and garage are accessed by keypad entry, codes will be sent with your check in message.

We live in the neighborhood and make ourselves available should you need anything. Otherwise you have complete privacy and the home is all yours during your stay!

A wonderful, established family-friendly neighborhood on the east side of Bend in Midtown. Close to the hospital, parks, food cart pods, restaurants, breweries, grocery shopping and Pilot Butte. This neighborhood is walkable and provides easy access to Bend and the surrounding area.

Breweries close by include Sunriver (east side location), 10 Barrel (east) and Worthy.
Food cart pods close by are On Tap and River's Place.
Coffee shops are Lone Pine and Backporch (on Hwy 20).
Parks nearby: Al Moody, Hollinshead, and Stover.

Nearest grocery store: 1.8 miles (Safeway)

Driving will be the easiest way to get around Bend from this area. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable and many places are an easy bike from here as well.

We do live in the neighborhood so are not far should any questions, issues, or needs arise during your stay. Please respect this family-friendly neighborhood as your own and make yourselves at home!
This is a family neighborhood and is not a place for large or loud gatherings. We ask that you respect quiet time by 10pm, especially in the outdoor areas. We welcome you to have gatherings while here but please limit to a maximum of 8 overnight guests, reach out if you have reasonable requests to modify this.

Please check the yard and pick up after your pets prior to your departure.

If anything is damaged at all please just let us know as it helps up best provide for the next guests. We do understand that stuff happens.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property please.

Please use the black washcloths for makeup or anything else that may stain!
