Property was great and we would definitely recommend to anyone! The only complaint was one of the showers was clogged, so family all had to use the other showers.

Perfect for our family!

The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. There were activities, like bikes, ping pong table, and other things in the garage. The hot tub was wonderful after a full day of fun! We had 11 people, and this house was a perfect fit for our family!

Avoid This Property unless…..

If you are having a big party with a group of people then this house will suffice, however, if you are looking or a second home experience avoid this home. Cooking pans were unsafe (deep scratches in the teflon.). Blender leaked. Utensils, plates, and glasses were disgustingly dirty. Kitchen counter stained and damaged. Wi-Fi did not work but I spent 4 hours with a service man and got it fixed. Fireplace in bedroom did not work. Coach was broken. No chalk and no tips on the pool table. Ping ping table has no net or balls, however, I was able to get that fixed during my stay. Bicycles in poor condition. Recycled cans and heavy chairs blocked access to both pool table and ping pong table. TV did not work after Wi-Fi was fixed. Lock box with the key did not open. I was unable to get someone from the alleged mysterious local management team on the phone despite numerous attempts. If you are the owner of this home you should be embarrassed. Now for the positive. Heat worked, Stove worked, Outdoor BBQ worked, Hot tub worked. Plenty of towels. Master bed was comfortable enough. So if you are having a fraternity/sorority reunion and just need a space to party this home should be suitable. I did get a minimal refund for ALL the problems but wanted to ask how they determined this figure but again NO ONE would call to discuss this. it is unfortunate I cannot post my pictures. Spring Break 2024

We had our family down for spring break this year. The house was well appointed and tidy. The kids loved riding bikes in the 70 degree sun and playing in the snow on our last day. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great time.

Great for a family stay

Loves the amount of room in this home and enough seating for everyone! Great location to quickly go to the village or have some nice walks around. We had a couple of hiccups but response was super quick and friendly. Definitely recommend for a family stay

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family and we appreciated that the kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. Loved the ping pong table and all the bikes. The check out info in binder (which we referred to) was different than the check out info we received via email (which I checked after we already left) otherwise we would have pulled the sheets from the bed. We did love the space and we would definitely stay here again!

Large house with lots of bedrooms

Great House

The house was great and clean and in a great location. It accommodated 8 adults comfortably. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed to grill steaks and cook breakfast. One negative is the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms could not be turned on cause the remote was out of battery thus the room got a little stuffy and it was very dim cause we couldn’t use the ceiling light.

Family vacay

Very nice property but could use better cleaning (lots of dog hair under the beds and lots of surface dust). Great location. Bike paths are wonderful but the bikes at the property needs fixing. We had a wonderful time. Thanks.

Family Reunion

This house is beautifully located and has a terrific floor plan for larger gatherings. I used it as the HQ for a large family reunion. It is in need of refurbishment, however. Paint is chipped in many places, shower doors & toilet in the master bath are not working properly. That said, Robin in the Vacasa office did a splendid job of getting us help each day. Thanks, Robin!

The house was nice, but the kitchen appeared bigger in the pictures. There wasn't much counter space. It was very well supplied except for the silverware. We only had 8 regular size forks and fewer knives. One of the bathrooms was a Jack and Jill which doesn't always work well. Overall the house was comfortable.

Great Pre-Christmas Vacation

Our family takes an annual wintry vacation to Sunriver nearly every year and this house certainly had great vibes for a family pre-Christmas trip. The open layout was nice and having a wood-burning fireplace gave the ambiance nice charm. We loved the layout as well. The only complaint we really have is that there was excess recycling from the previous renters in the garage and the blinds in the master bedroom were broken. These are relatively minor compared to the great memory we had and would book this house again.

Lighting issue

Was very comfortable. Couple of issues could not turn in ceiling kites with a chip battery. Contacted Vacasa prop mgrs. sent maintenance out but could not fix the problem said another maintenance person would come out next morning . No one came. We did not recall the mgrs of Vacasa. we could use table lights in the bedrooms and just figured that the problem would be taken care of eventually.. otherwise a good place to stay very very family friendly comfortable house..

A space for everyone

If you love Sunriver and love a beautiful, one floor, well located, well appointed home, this is the place for you! Thank you for providing a home where our multiple siblings who live in multiple states could come together. It can be difficult to meet-up due to space concerns but this 4 bedroom home not only had sleeping spaces, but a large great room, deck off the great room, double car garage set up with pool and ping pong tables, and a large parking pad for cars from all over the country. The layout allows for small groups to be doing different things without being on top of each other. The hot tub became the Venus Vortex where hours of multi-generational conversations took place while the guys enjoyed the various deck spaces and solved all the world's problems. The kitchen is set up with everything you could want (if you can't find the cutting board, check the lazy susan to the right of the sink. It's tucked on the right up against the divider to the stove! 😊) We would have liked a few more days, but alas, it was rented. We hope we can return some day. My only review less than 5 stars was for price representation. It is not just this property but across the board at the resort/vacasa; beware, the taxes, fees, and resort fee will nearly double the listed price of the house. Even so, this house was a beauty, and with the ability to enjoy multiple families together, the overall price was well worth it. Thank you, again. I can't tell you how much it meant to us to be able to gather together in such a lovely space.

Relaxing Week

Nicely furnished, spotlessly clean one level home with great separation of space, excellent outdoor spaces, excellent location to access bike trail, Fort Rock park, tennis/pickleball courts, SHARC and the river. 10 functional bikes are a big plus, as were the hot tub, pool table and ping pong. Watching the doe and her 2 fawns feed in back every day was a big hit. Two extra fridges in the garage were a plus. Adequate and comfy outdoor furniture for the whole group, afternoon shade on the deck, and the small lawn adjacent were appreciated, especially for the littles.

Clean, spacious, warm temperature, plenty of natural light and deer watching!

My husband, 12 yr old, 8 yr old, and 3 yr old enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was super nice and got a view of the moon and satellites passing by at night. Loved the basketball hoop! Plenty of bikes to ride. Ping pong was a hoot! Unfortunately, the foos ball table was broken and the billiards table only had 1 pole stick to use. Not all the light switches worked in every room, but there was alternative lighting. The kitchen was well stocked for all kinds of cooking and the washing machine had a large capacity tub! Appreciated instant hot water from the tap! We would definitely like to stay here again!

Great house

Wife loved the house, the layout and location. Very close to the village and Sharc center. A block away from a gorgous pond for a short hike. Kids thouroughly enjoyed the central location and bikes as well.

Family Vaca 2020

Had a wonderful time! House sleeps 10-12 easily, but only dining space for 8. When we arrived 2 of the 4 doors were unlocked and a few windows were open which left us a little uncomfortable to start out. Not well stocked, no trash bags or paper towels for the kitchen, but these are simple things to remedy with the Sunriver Market very close. Great bikes and every kind of yard and garage activity you can imagine! Laid out on the deck at night and watched spectacular meteor showers! Because of Covid-19 we were not able to go to SHARK which was dissapointing for sure, but still had a great time.

COVID-19 Stay

Our family planned for a Spring Break trip with another family yet with COVID-19 we stayed at this home with just us. It was much needed and we would return. The space is great for multiple families with a gathering place in center and bedrooms off to the sides for some separation. Many amenities included and location was prime. Only difficulties were the maintenance needed on bikes (we managed to find four that worked with a few minor repairs), the control panel on the hot tub locking the temp at 99 degrees (would be nice to have the specific way to unlock and increase heat available on site so you don't have to try to figure it out and/or call the hot tub repair person) and the master shower faucet was inoperable (we used the other showers and didn't want a repair person coming to work during our stay with health precautions). The property manager was helpful to try and send help but this stay was a bit different for us all, including management dealing with the pandemic. With those items looked into and corrected we would stay again and again.
