This beautiful, updated 3 story home is set on a quiet half acre adjoining Fort Rock park where kids can run free and play at the playground, soccer field and sports courts. With 6 bedrooms and loft plus 3 full baths it provides a relaxing retreat for up to 17 people.

Enjoy your vacation at Sunriver in a large, desirable home that has plenty of room for your whole family! Enjoy 12 complimentary SHARC passes, whole house A/C, Flat screen TV's with cable and DVD in each bedroom, a new Hot Tub, Ping-pong, Air Hockey and Foosball as well as 10 bicycles of all sizes and sporting equipment for the park.

The house is surrounded by pine trees, quietly set back from Shamrock Lane, with a forested hill to the rear providing a significant amount of privacy.

On the main floor are the Master with King and 2 other queen bedrooms. The spacious and private master bedroom includes a master suite bath with large walk-in shower. The well-appointed kitchen and open living room, as well as 3 more bedrooms, are on the main floor. The "Dorm" room includes 3 twin beds, 1 full bed, and 1 trundle bed for all of the kids to stay. There is a large loft on the 3rd floor overlooking the living room with foosball table, arcade games, a game table and 55" TV and 3 couches in a reading nook. Downstairs, there is a full laundry room and plenty of places to store your essentials and adventuring gear.

The house is fully air conditioned and includes many essentials to make your stay enjoyable. Such as:

ā€¢ Well stocked Kitchen with abundant cookware and utensils.
ā€¢ Appliances including Keurig Coffee maker (With pods), Microwave, Crockpot, Griddle, Toaster, and more.

Kids and adults will find the lava features and large pine trees to the rear of the house to be exciting to discover and play on. The soccer fields, kidā€™s playground, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, and tennis and pickle ball courts are all located just beyond the small hill behind the house.

Family Fun Time

Four generations of our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sunriver. The layout of the home facilitated gatherings in the kitchen and living room area or outside on the deck, while also providing quiet spaces when necessary. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials for preparing a full meal, complete with a grill on the deck and an additional full-sized refrigerator in the garage. The kids, ranging from 1.5 to 14 years old, spent considerable time in the loft; the older kids played video games while the younger ones engaged in their own activities or enjoyed table tennis and air hockey in the garage with some of the adults. The house is conveniently located just an easy walk to Fort Rock Park and a pickleball court, and a short drive to the dog park and The Village. Our hosts were highly responsive, offering us suggestions for activities during our stay. In addition to using the SHARC passes, our family enjoyed excursions to Paulina Lake, walked through the Lava River Cave, played golf, rode bikes, engaged in pickleball, took a trail ride at Smith Rock, and unwound in the hot tub.

Lovely Home

Our family of 16 had a terrific time at this beautiful home! Lots of fun things for all of the kids to do and a peaceful space for adults. Family get together after 2 years of being apart due to medical issues. Great location if you have small kids - walk to the park and pickle ball courts! We used SHARC passes daily for the pool - floated the river - visited the lava tube caves and enjoyed free live music on FRI and SAT night at the resort. Great location if you have young ones as you can walk to the park. We visited the lava caves, floated the river, enjoyed the free live music on FRI and Sat nights and went to the SHARC almost daily. The video games and air hockey were a huge hit!! We had a few issues upon arrival but host responded quickly.

Fantastic Family Ski Trip

This home was a terrific homemade for our bi-annual Family Ski trip to Mt Bachelor. There were 11 of us ranging in age from 5 yrs to 67 yrs and the home accommodated all of our needs. Clean, Comfortable and easy living - well stocked kitchen, baths and game room (most importantly!) We would ski all day and then relax each evening with space for everyone!

Wonderful Experience!

Amazing house and host

We spent thanksgiving week at Anthonyā€™s beautiful house and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was very well-appointed (especially the kitchen), and there were so many fun activities for the kids. The easy access to Fort Rock Park and the hot tub were highlights. Anthony was super responsive and helpful, and even mailed us some clothing we left in the dryer before leaving! We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Anthony!

Plenty of room for a large family gathering!

Our family gathered to celebrate Grandmaā€™s 90th birthday. Folks traveled from California, Oregon and Washington. The age group ran from two to ninety. We had everything we wanted and needed here. Plenty of space, bedrooms and fun things to do for those wanting to; pool time, walking, bike riding, Nature Center, river walk, air hockey, etc. The location can not be beat, especially while sitting on the large back deck the backs up to beautiful natural setting of boulders, trees and shrubs. Very quiet! The manager communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Check in was super easy, as was checking out. Two things to note: stairs, stairs, stairs (our older folks got a bit tired of having to use stairs so often) and the dining table only seats eight. We were thinking that with some many bedrooms and open spaces, the dining table/area was a bit on the limiting side. Overall, great vacation rental and a good time was had by all. Thank you!

Family Vacation
